Texas Admits It: The Skies Are Engineered
Think Again July 6, 2025
They told us geoengineering was a conspiracy.
But Texas just proved otherwise.
For over 25 years, the Lone Star State has been quietly running one of the largest weather modification programs in the United States.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) confirms it all: official cloud seeding programs using silver iodide, pyrotechnic flares, and airborne dispersal methods have been ongoing since 1997, covering up to 51 million acres of sky. Even UAE has been allow to do some cloud seeding test since 2020. https://gulfnews.com/uae/rain-in-uae-uae-tests-efficiency-of-new-cloud-seeding-material-in-texas-1.74044428
Their official goal? Enhance rainfall and reduce hail damage.
But let’s take a step back.
How did we go from warning about weather manipulation being a conspiracy to finding out it’s fully operational and state-sanctioned?
How It Works
Planes or ground-based launchers release particles like silver iodide into clouds. These particles serve as nuclei that trigger condensation, theoretically increasing rainfall.
But these operations raise major questions:
Who gets to decide where it rains and where it doesn’t?
What are the long-term health and environmental impacts of spraying silver iodide into the atmosphere?
And perhaps most importantly: Could this technology be weaponized?
A Pattern of Control
It’s not just Texas. Other U.S. states and countries like China and the UAE have admitted to similar programs.
What used to be science fiction is now public infrastructure.
And with the increasing privatization of land, water, and airspace, the question becomes: who controls the weather... controls the people.
And Then the Floods Came
In recent weeks, regions of Texas have seen catastrophic flooding. Some independent investigators now claim there may be a link between these cloud seeding programs and the timing, intensity, and location of these floods.
Whether that's true or not, one thing is certain: we are no longer dealing with natural weather.
We're living under engineered skies, some companies are making billions with it and the public was never asked.
